You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Services to you. You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or related systems; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services except to the extent permitted by law; or use the Services to infringe the rights of others.

8. App Stores

Where you download our applications through a third-party app store or platform (such as the Apple App Store), your use is also subject to that platform's terms. You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and SYAG and not with the platform provider, and that the platform provider is not responsible for the Services. Where required, the platform provider and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. To the extent these Terms conflict with the platform provider's applicable end user licence agreement, that agreement governs with respect to the relevant application.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
